Within each company record it is possible to record free text information.
You can use the fields which automatically exist in the software to populate the details listed below:
VAT details: How do I add the VAT details?
PAYE details: How do I add PAYE details?
UTR or Corporation Tax reference: How do I add UTR reference?
It is also possible to create custom fields, these can created under the Account tab and used to store any additional or niche information you require. See How do I add new custom fields?

In addition to this, all free text fields, including custom fields can be added as columns on your portfolio screen. See How do I change the portfolio screen settings & fields?
To populate the free text fields follow these steps:
1. Click on the Company tab.
2. Click on the blue "Update Company Admin" button.
3. Add your FREE TEXT and then click, 'Save Changes'
