Many organisations need somewhere convenient to store Reference Numbers and additional information for the companies they manage. Inform Direct has a great tool for recording these.
Inform Direct has fields to enable you to store additional information:
- PAYE Reference
- VAT Reference
- Corporation Tax Reference
- Bank Details
- Auditor Details
- Accountant Details
- Miscellaneous
If you require a more specific field then you can create this. See How Do I Add New Custom Fields?
To add any of the above:
1. Click on the Company tab.
2. Click on the blue "Update Company Admin" button.
3. Fill in the required fields and click the green 'Save Changes' button.
Note: Recording and maintaining this information on Inform Direct does not generate any submissions to Companies House. It is for your records only.
