A portfolio is automatically created when you have 2 or more companies registered.


How do I add a second company?


A Portfolio gives a user a very useful overview of all the companies they have registered with Inform Direct and makes them much easier to manage.  In particular you will see:

  • Whether an Confirmation Statement is due; and
  • Whether any accounts are due

Subscribers to Inform Direct can tailor their portfolio screen by selecting which fields appear and creating new fields of information.
