Subscribers to Inform Direct will pay the below fees and charges


1. A single monthly subscription payment (based on the number of companies in your Portfolio)

2. Any Companies House fees

  1. Monthly Subscription Payment


Your subscription amount is linked to the number of companies in your Portfolio.  



There is a fee calculator on our website to help you calculate what the cost to you would be.  You can access this here.


Whenever a new company is successfully incorporated, using Inform Direct, it will automatically be added to your Portfolio. When your next monthly subscription fee is calculated the newly formed company will be included in the monthly subscription fee calculation. 


Note: If the newly formed company is removed from the Portfolio within 12 months of it being formed, the calculation of the subscription fee will be as if the new company had remained in the Portfolio for 12 months after the company was formed.


Each month Inform Direct will calculate how many companies there are in your Portfolio. This includes any companies formed and subsequently removed within 12 months of formation, as well as any dissolved companies that remain in your Portfolio. The benefits of this approach are:

  • You do not have to buy a licence requiring you to pay for capacity you do not use.
  • You do not pay for companies for which the import is incomplete.
  • It is easy to remove a company from your Portfolio and retain their documents and statutory registers in your Document Library without charge.

2. Companies House fees


Certain filings always attract a Companies House fee:

  • Confirmation Statement 
  • Change of name              
  • Formations                      
  • Same day service             
  • Register a Mortgage         


Note: If you have your own Presenter Code you can settle the above from your own account with Companies
House and Inform Direct will not then recharge you the above amounts when you complete any of the above transactions. This is generally preferred by users with more than a dozen or so companies in their Portfolio.


What are the benefits of using your own presenter code?


If you do not yet have a Presenter Code you can use the Inform Direct presenter code. The amount required by Companies House is paid by Inform Direct and you will be invoiced for the amount. Each transaction you submit will generate a separate invoice.
