It is very simple to remove a company from your Portfolio.
1. On the Portfolio page click on the pencil icon opposite the company.
Note: If you have only one company this will not be available and we will need to remove the company for you which will also remove your account. Please see How do I close my account? for more help.
2. This will offer all available shortcuts for that company.
Note: If you plan to reimport the company be sure to make a note of the 6 digit authentication code before you remove it. To find the code you will need to go to the Company tab and click on the blue Edit Filing Details button.
3. Click on the Remove from portfolio option. You will be given the option to save the company registers to your Document Library.
Note: Inform Direct will not let you remove a company from your portfolio if there are any pending transactions i.e. those which have been electronically sent to Companies House e.g. a director appointment or a share allotment but not yet accepted.
