Companies House will supply you with a Presenter Code.
To get one you need to complete the Companies House Electronic Filing Service credit account application. It is just 12 sections which are reproduced below so you can see how simple it is to complete.

You can submit the form by post or as a scanned document to chdfinance@companieshouse.gov.uk.
Sections 1 & 2 are your details
Sections 3 4 & 5 want to know how you heard about their electronic filing service and whether you are already known to Companies House.
Sections 6,7 & 8 require your contact details.
Section 9 requires a Trade Reference - we are happy that you give Inform Direct for this purpose.
Sections 10, 11 and 12 simply require your payment details and signature.
