Subscribers to Inform Direct are able to generate reports.


If you wish to see a full list of the reports that are available see: Details of all reporting.


To begin generating your own reports, first login to your account and click on the Documents & Reports button. On loading the documents & templates page, you will then need to click on the Reports button.




From the reports page you can then choose which report you would like to generate from the list, the list will look similar to the below.


Clicking on more details will show additional information about that report.



Selecting the pencil may give you two options depending on the report, ‘Generate report’ will generate the report with no date range. This will report on fully imported companies, and all companies incorporated using Inform Direct that are still in the portfolio, other than dissolved companies, and only companies the user has access to.



For all reports that the customise report option appears on, any user with access can decide to run the report for one or a selection of companies from a drop down.



On several reports users will also be able to set a date range 


On most reports users will then also be able to include their custom fields they have set up for their portfolio. You can change the 'Your settings' to always include all custom fields in reports so that you just need to generate a report to include them.



When you click generate report the next window will show, the download will automatically start if not click the "click here" option



After opening the file you will be presented with a spreadsheet like the below.
