This report will include all our invoices raised or, if a date range has been selected, the invoices raised in that range.

This will include the date, description and amount of each invoice, with each description being on a different row so that one invoice will have more than one row where it covers more than one item.

For example if you want a report to show all the accounts and confirmation statements due to 31 March 2019 you will need to select 'Specific dates', leave 'Date from' as blank and then enter 31/03/2019 in 'Date To' This will then ensure that your report includes all the overdue submissions as well as those due from today until 31 March 2019.

Report of current option holders for your companies

This report details the share option holders for each of the companies in the organisation's portfolio.

This report can be tailored to only include selected companies.

Where you have set up custom fields for the companies in your portfolio you can customise reports to include one or more of these fields.  You can also set a setting to include custom field in all company reports you generate. 

The report generated will only include those companies that you have access to.

The report is generated as a .xls spreadsheet
- option holder's name;
- date options granted;
- exercise price per share;
- date options first exercisable from;
- date options expire;
- number of options granted;
- number of options exercised;
- number of options expired, lapsed or removed;
- number of unexercised options held;
- name of the share option scheme;
- name of the share class.
Cap table report for each of your companies

This report details the current current ownership and the fully diluted ownership once all unexercised options have been exercised.

This report can be tailored to only include selected companies.

The report generated will only include those companies that you have access to.

VAT returns due

This report shows each company's VAT registration number, next VAT return period and latest date to submit the next VAT return. This data will only be available if you have granted Inform Direct authority to link with your HMRC agent services account (ASA) to retrieve VAT due dates on behalf of your clients.


This report can be tailored to only include selected companies. It can also be tailored to only include the latest dates to submit the next VAT return for a selected date range. This date range can be set to a date in the future.


For example, if you want a report to show all the VAT returns due to 31 May 2023 you will need to select 'Specific dates', leave 'Date from' as blank and then enter 31/03/2023 in 'Date To' This will then ensure that your report includes all the overdue submissions as well as those due from today until 31 May 2023.
