Once you have the 'Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name' the company can start to use the new name.


Inform Direct will make some changes to your account:


1. The company's 'Register of Company Name Changes' will automatically be updated to show that there has been a name change.


2. Your certificate and/or resolution will be saved as a PDF into your document library.

3. When Companies House approves the change of name, Inform Direct will immediately update your account to show the new name. This includes updating the Company Name tags in the document library.
