The Register of Company Name Changes is a record of the different names (if any) and company has had since being incorporated.

The Register of Company Name Changes will reflect changes to the name since the company has been on Inform Direct. 


If the change of name submission is carried out on Inform Direct we will update the record for you. In the event a change is not made through Inform Direct and is sent to the system from Companies House the method of change can be edited.
