Having completed Step 2 you are now going to select your documents and extras.


1. First, choose your articles of association. Inform Direct formation wizard allows you to choose between:

If you are happy with the model articles of association, simply leave the button ticked.

                        

If you will be using your own articles which are NOT the model articles, select 'bespoke articles of association.'

Note: The document you upload will be sent to Companies House without being reviewed by Inform Direct. It is your responsibility to ensure that the articles are correctly drawn up and that you have attached the correct version.


               

2.  Next, you can select any incorporation documents or bound company registers that you would like. Then click 'Continue.'

Note: If you have selected a package that includes some of these extras, they will be listed as below. One copy of printed incorporation documents is included in a package. For extra copies, you will be charged £24.99.

Next, you have the option to open a business account with Barclays bank.



If you decide to open an account, select the tick box and you will need to fill out the form that opens up. Once we receive your incorporation request there will be further contact in regards to setting up your bank account.

4. Lastly, you can view and add on further extras. When you have chosen what you require, select 'Continue.'
