At Inform Direct we know that it is not always possible to complete an online formation in one session.


Accordingly, assuming you are currently logged into the software, the incorporation details will be automatically saved as you progress to each step.


You can simply either close the formation wizard or navigate out of the wizard by clicking back to your portfolio, and you will be presented with the option to either save for later, cancel or return to the incorporation to continue.


  

Note: If you are not logged in or do not have an Inform Direct account, there should be a 'save for later' button at the bottom of the incorporation screen.




How will Inform Direct save the details of a part completed formation?


If you were already logged in when you saved the part completed formation, the details will be saved in the 'Your pending companies' section of your portfolio. From here, using the yellow pencil, you can return to your incorporation to continue entering the details. 



If you were not logged into your account/do not have an Inform Direct account, then you should receive an email with a link which will allow you to access your incorporation details. 

                         

Note: While the company name you have chosen will have been checked for availability when you started the formation wizard, until you actually submit the application the chosen name could be taken by another person. So, if you do save your part completed formation application, do not leave it too long before completing and submitting it.
