This guide explains how to obtain a copy of the completed CS01 once you have filed this using Inform Direct.
Once you have successfully submitted a Confirmation Statement to Companies House using Inform Direct, the system will automatically add a copy of the confirmed details to your Document Library. This is true whether you followed the approval process, or not.
However, sometimes you might like to see a copy of the filed CS01 form itself.
You can now recover a copy from the Companies House filing history.
1) Go to https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/
2) Input the name of your company or the company number.
3) This will return various matches. Select the one you require.
4) Navigate to the 'Filing history' tab
5) Look for the required document - in this case the Confirmation statement and click 'View PDF'.
Note: This will give you a copy of the CS01
6) If you wish, you can then upload a copy of this PDF to your Inform Direct Document Library.
