Yes. Users with a Subscription Account can upload their own documents to store on Inform Direct.
There are 2 different ways this can be done:
1. Using the 'Add File' button.
Note: Please ensure the file name does not contain any special characters such as commas or full stops as this can prevent the upload for security reasons.
This is best when adding just one document at a time.

This is a great way to add multiple documents.

Note: Whilst you can certainly use the Inform Direct document library to store your own bespoke templates, it is not possible for Inform Direct to auto populate these or replace any of the automatically generated documents with them.
