To assist with using the software we provide a range of guides with screenshots and step by step instructions.


To access the support guides follow these simple steps:


1. Click the blue Help button which will always be in the bottom right of the screen when you are logged in.  This will open up a pop-up box headed Help & Support.  See 2. below




 2. This will open up a support area, below the Got questions note is a search box, type the key words of the action which you wish to complete. This will bring up suggested guides to help. 




 3. It is keyword searchable. So having typed say dividend voucher Inform Direct will then suggest all related guides. 




4. Here we want to access the article headed 'How do I create a Dividend Voucher and Minute?'  To do this you simply click on it.  It will open within the help area selected, but if you wish to open it in a new tab you can using the icon with a red ring around it below. 




If you do open the guide in a new tab it will take you to the Inform Direct support area. 


This will allow you to search for something completely different just type your new search term in the box (marked with a green 1 in the above picture) under the wording How can we help you today?


You will usually find the answer to any “How do I….” or “Where do I find….” questions more quickly than if you wait for one of the support team to reply.


What if I can't find the solution to my query?


A. At the top of the guide you are viewing there will always be a link to Solution Home.  There is an example highlighted in yellow below and another marked with a green 2 in the picture in 4 above.  Clicking on Solution Home gives you access to the full library of guides. 



B. If you still don’t find what you are looking for, please use the Help & Support box (shown in 3 above) to email us. You first click Close Search and then you will be able to send our support team an email.
