What features will I be able to access?
Inform Direct is a fully comprehensive company secretarial tool. It supports companies limited by shares, companies limited by guarantee, LLPs, unlimited companies and unlisted PLCs. During the free trial you will be able to access every feature including:

- Sub-divide, consolidate or cancel existing shares

Will I be able to form new companies?
Yes. However before we can switch this feature on we first need to carry out a one-off AML check.
Will there be any training available?
Yes. Early on in the free trial we like to arrange a 1:1 shared screen training session. As well as giving you a general tour of all the functionality available it is a chance for you to ask any questions about how to do things e.g. create a dividend voucher and minute.
Will I have to add a credit card?
No. You will not have to add a card to start a free trial. However some features require a Companies House fee to be paid.
If you have your own Companies House presenter code (What is a presenter code?) you can settle any applicable Companies House fee using your own code.
How do I add our Companies House presenter code?
If you do not have your own Companies House presenter code then you can use our code but if you want to use a feature that does incur a Companies House fee e.g. filing a confirmation statement then you will need to add a card to pay the Companies House fee.
Note: Both card details and presenter codes are encrypted once added and you will be able to make further submissions without having to add the details again.
What happens at the end of the 30 days?
Before the free trial comes to an end Inform Direct will contact you. We very much hope that you will want to continue using the service. To do this you simply add a card to settle the first monthly subscription payment. The amount payable of course depends on how many companies you are managing.
How much does a subscription to Inform Direct cost?
Remember, there is a no long term contract. If you ever found our service was not providing you value for money you are not locked in. You can cancel at any time without penalty or requirement to pay anything further.
If during the free trial you conclude that Inform direct is not for you then we will will simply close the account and remove any company or companies from the system. Before we do this you can download any documents you have created and even print off the statutory registers for any of the companies you added during the free trail. You will not be required to pay anything. We repeat: You will not be required to pay anything.
How do I get my free trial started?
If you call Inform Direct on 01473 226482 during normal office hours we will we usually be able to do this for you over the phone. If you have not yet completed the set up of a company you will need to registered at least one company.
