At Step 5 of the formation wizard you will be asked where you would like Inform Direct to send confirmation that the company has been successfully formed together with any extras requested.


What documents will be sent to me following successful incorporation?


If you started the formation wizard while already logged in to your Inform Direct account then the details required at Step 5 will already be known to the system and the details required at this step will be automatically added for you.


If you were not logged in when you started the formation wizard then when you add your email address Inform Direct will compare this to see if it corresponds to any existing user. If there is a match you will be logged in to your existing account and all the required details at this step will be automatically added for you.


If you are a new user of Inform Direct and this is the first time you have incorporated a company with us you will need to provide your details.
