Having checked the summary of your formation at Step 4, you just need to enter delivery and payment details.


1. Here you will be asked where you would like Inform Direct to send confirmation that the company has been successfully formed, together with postal details for delivery of any printed incorporation documents and extras you have chosen.


Then, click 'Continue.'

What documents will be sent to me following successful incorporation?


Note: The first item on the delivery page is an option to enter your choice of authentication code, or allow Companies House to generate one for you. What is the Companies House web authentication code?


                             

If you are logged into Inform Direct then the details required at Step 5 will already be known to the system and the details required at this step will be automatically added for you.


If you are not logged into Inform Direct then when you add your email address Inform Direct will compare this to see if it corresponds to any existing user. If there is a match, you will be logged in to your existing account and all the required details at this step will be automatically added for you.


If you are a new user of Inform Direct and this is the first time you have incorporated a company with us, you will need to provide your details.


Note: You may also be asked to enter three security questions in order to authenticate the user who is acting as the incorporation agent. This will be entered only once and will never saved in the system. See below for the information items you can choose from:



2. Lastly, enter your payment card details. Review the total amount payable and when you are happy, select 'Pay and submit formation.'


Note: Once you click the red button, this formation will be sent to Companies House and Inform Direct will not be able to see it again until it is processed there.




Note: We don't currently support Paypal or direct debit payment methods.

     

3. Once submitted, you have a final opportunity to print a pdf summary of the formation details provided. If you do not generate it at this point, then it cannot be generated at a later date.





4. This completes the formation. Once accepted by Companies House you will receive an emailed version of your incorporation receipt and incorporation documents to the email that you entered in the delivery details section.
