Once Companies House has approved the application to form a new company, all the details will be entered on to the public Register of Companies.
As soon as the new company appears on the Register of Companies, you will receive an email from Inform Direct advising that the new company has been successfully formed. This email will be sent to the email(s) supplied/confirmed at the Delivery stage of the formation wizard.
The email will include:
- The Certificate of Incorporation (showing the name, company number and date of incorporation)
- The Memorandum of Association (not for LLPs)
- The Articles of Association (not for LLPs)
- First board minute (not for LLPs)
Note: If you have used Bespoke articles these will be returned with the new company number annotated (as per the below) to the top of the first page of your PDF document.
Share certificates for each subscriber will also be available in your Document Library, alongside copies of the above.
How do I print the subscriber share certificates?
Note: A subscriber is the name given to the original shareholders when a company is first formed.
The Statutory Books / Registers are also created for you and will be accessible from within Inform Direct.
