If you used Inform Direct to incorporate the company and process all subsequent transactions (e.g. allotments, transfers, capital reorganisations and appointments) then Inform Direct will automatically update all the Statutory Registers for you and they will all always be kept current.

It pays to use Inform Direct to process all transactions since that way all the Registers are kept up to date.

However, if the company was formed elsewhere or a long time ago and only recently added to Inform Direct then there may be information which needs to be added to the Statutory Registers to make them complete. This is because at the import stage Inform Direct will only know information as far back as the last Annual Return, confirmation statement or, if there has not been one, the Date of Formation.

Inform Direct enables you to update or add missing information very easily.
