There are many benefits to a subscription service.


1. To start your upgrade process, go to the top of your screen and select "Account". Then select "Upgrade to subscription".


Note: This button will not show if you are already on a subscription service.




2. Inform Direct will then calculate what your monthly subscription will be. This is based on the number of companies you have set up. For details of the subscription tariff and how to calculate it, please see: What fees are payable by subscribers?

Note: Clicking Next, will not commit you to a subscription service.


3. You will pay the first invoice on the day you subscribe and the second invoice will be raised on the same day each month.


Note: The only exception is for subscriptions started on the 29th, 30th or 31st of a month when the second and all subsequent payments will be made on the 28th of the following months.


4. Now fill out your payment details and finish by selecting:


Note: If you have already paid a fee to Inform Direct, (e.g. for an Annual Return or an Incorporation) you will be able to settle any subscription fees using the same card. You can also add a new card if you wish.


5. Once you have paid you will be taken to the screen below.

Note: The amount you will pay each month will vary to reflect the number of live companies in your Portfolio.  The minimum amount is £5.00/month + VAT. What fees are payable by subscribers?
