Having completed all the previous steps, you now have the opportunity to review your formation.
1. Check that you have all the correct information entered and that you have selected all the extras that you require. If you need to edit any details in the formation, click the pencil which will take you back to the step you need to edit.
2. You have the opportunity at this step to print a pdf summary of the details you have supplied. You can do so by clicking the blue summary link as shown below.
Note: There will be an additional opportunity to print the summary confirmation once the incorporation has been submitted.
3. Finally, select the check two boxes to continue.
The first is to confirm that the subscriber wishes to form a company under the Companies Act 2006 and agrees to become a member of the company and to take at least one share.
The second is to confirm your acceptance of the Inform Direct terms and conditions and system capabilities.
Then click 'Continue.'
Note: If you have selected a the Registered Office / Officer Service address add on, then there will be an additional check box here in relation to details being passed to them.
