  1. You are an accountant forming companies on behalf of your clients.
  2. And your firm is regulated by a schedule 1 body for AML purposes

If you are an accountant, forming companies on behalf of your clients, it is best to have your own presenter code. This will ensure that you are showing as the presenter of the information rather than Inform Direct, and is considered best practice.
