In cases that multiple actions could be approved within one set of minutes, Inform Direct allows you to combine them in the same document.



All actions completed from the autumn of 2024 will be available to retrospectively build the required minutes. 


Generating the minutes retrospectively will allow you to select multiple actions which have taken place, all of which will be covered within the same minutes.


1. The option to Build board minutes will be possible from the Dashboard tab.

2. The first step of the process allows you to select the date of the meeting and the meeting address


The date field can remain blank, the minutes produced will be an editable document so can be filled in or edited manually after creation. You can also use a future date. 


The company registered office will be suggested as the meeting address, but you do have the option to select/enter a different address if required.




3. The attendees of the meeting can then be confirmed. This will determine which director names will appear on the minutes generated.


The minus button can be confirmed which directors were not present, those marked as absent can be re-added using the plus button.




4. The resolutions which you wish to be included in the board minutes can then be selected. Please tick all which apply and the relevant wording for each scenario will be reflected. 


The options to select include actions saved at pending approval stage and completed filings. 


A tick box at the top of the screen allows you generate previously documented resolutions





5. The order in which the selected resolutions appear on the minutes can then be determined. The icon next to each with 3 vertical lines allows you drag and drop the options.



6. The document will then be generated and saved to your Document Library. The option to Open now will also immediately download a copy.
