Companies often use a trading address which differs to their registered office address.
Recording a trading address for a company on Inform Direct will allow documents such as minutes to be populated with the trading address instead of the registered office address.
1. To add a trading address, please select the Company tab and Update company admin.
2. The company administration section contains a Trading address field, allowing you to opt between No address entered or Find / enter address.
There is a tick box to select Show Trading Address on Documentation. This will mean the Trading address added is used to populated documents, such as minutes for the company.

3. Documents generated as part of a process on Inform Direct will then use the Trading address by default, if this option has been selected.
The exception to this is the build board minutes tool, which allows you to select either using the registered office or trading address.
