The full Companies House filing history is available to view within Inform Direct, including historic information.
A history of all filings for a company are available to view through Inform Direct, saving the need to look at the Companies House website to access information.
The option to View company filing history is available from the Dashboard tab of the company.
This will direct you to a Company filing history page, ordered by date, with the most recent filings at the top.
The top of the page allows a series of filters, these are:
- Search - This includes by name of the person the filing relates to or type of filing.
- Filing type - Tick boxes allow you to just view the relevant filing types
- Date range
The Actions column on the right of the page has a pencil option to download the document, or Blue arrow to view it on screen as shown below. This also includes an option to download the document.
The screen also shows an icon to indicate if a document was a paper based filing. These can still be viewed and downloaded in the same way, but Companies House may not report certain information such as the statement of capital.
