On the Companies House record all officers and PSCs have a Correspondence Address. This is where any formal documents being 'served' on a Director, Secretary or PSC to the company will be sent.
Within Inform Direct the correspondence is referred to as Service address.
Entering the service address will be a requirement when adding a new officer or PSC and can be changed by following the below:
Click on the Officers or PSCs tab, depending on which record you wish to update the service address of.
Select the yellow pencil next to the officer/PSC and 'Edit service address'.
Note: The officer and PSC service addresses can differ. You will therefore need to update both separately if a new address is required for somebody as a director and PSC
