Addresses which have previously been used can be easily selected to save needing to enter them again. 



Where the option appears to select A Previously Entered Address, the software will allow you to pick addresses which already exist within other companies from your portfolio. 


This option appears during a range of actions, including editing personal details of an individual or in the incorporation process at the Company details stage as shown in the image below.



Clicking the button to view previously entered addresses allows you to search using three fields. These are:

  • Address - Typing the address in will narrow the results to just those which match your search.
  • Company - Entering the company in which the address is currently used will list only addresses used in that record.
  • Person - Typing the name of the individual will show the addresses linked to them in their other appointments.

  

Note: There is an option to search 'Only addresses used as a registered office' to narrow the search process, shown as the tick box in the below image. 

   



Once the required address is located, selecting Use this address will fully populate the address field for you.
