When adding card details, the types of card which can be used are listed. We support most card types, including American Express.
If your card is one of the accepted card types, but an error is still coming up it is likely that the information entered will be incorrect in some way. Please double check that the details have been entered exactly as they are on the card. Please also ensure that the card which you entered has not expired.
