The Register of Option Holders is a record of all share options, both current and historic which have been entered on Inform Direct.
Using the software automatically updates the registers, so if you want to add current information please see our guides How do I add a new Share Option Scheme? & How do I Grant New Share Options?
The register shows the details of the option scheme broken down into columns, please see below.
If you wish to add details of historic option holders just click the green button at the bottom. This opens new fields to be populated with the historic details.
