If you lose access to your authenticator app you can still log in to your account with Inform Direct by entering your recovery code. You will be provided with a recovery code when you setup two-step verification.
You can save or print your recovery code and it will look like the image below:
If you need a reminder of the recovery code you can go into 'Your Profile' and click on 'Confirm recovery code' to bring up the screen below. You can now save or print your existing code again, or generate a new one.
Select the first option to save and/or print your current recovery code. Alternatively, you can generate a new code by selecting the second option.
