Two-step verification is an optional feature that provides an extra level of security to prevent unauthorised access to your Inform Direct account.

Once enabled in addition to your email address and password, you will also be required to enter a 6 digit code before you can login.

How do I enable two-step factor authentication?

Below is the additional screen you will see when logging in.  You will only see this screen if you have entered a valid email address and password.

You generate the necessary verification code by using an authenticator app installed on a device, such as a smartphone or iPad.

So here the code you would have needed to enter to complete the login would have been 083333

Note: The 6 digit code changes every 30 seconds.

If you don’t already have an authenticator app, you will need to download one. You will need to do this before you are able to set up two-step verification for your account.
