Inform Direct provides a versatile suite of reports. You can pull out a range of useful data about the companies on your Portfolio.


Note: Only users with a Subscription Account have access to the reporting feature. Users are not able to run a report to retrieve authentication codes.



To see the available reports click on the Documents & Reports button and here you will see the Reports tab.



Examples of the reports include:

  • Companies House filing due dates
  • Basic company details
  • Registered office addresses
  • SIC codes
  • Company alerts & notifications
  • Your users and activity  


You can run a report for all the companies you manage or choose a selection of them. Where appropriate, you’re able to select a date range, so you can focus on what you want to see. The final reports are produced as Excel spreadsheets. They can be sorted, filtered and edited as required.
