Inform Direct allows you to choose where any receipts are sent. A number of users have them sent directly to ReceiptBank or similar.


To see where your receipts are sent at the moment click on the grey Account button at the top of your screen.



This will bring up the below screen.


To change this so that in future they are sent to Receiptbank or similar click on the blue "Edit account details' button and enter the email provided by Receiptbank e.g. xyxy@receiptbank.me


Note: Make sure you enter the correct email address which will be unigue for your business.


Then click Save.  All future invoices will be sent to xyxy@receiptbank.me until changed.


You can change the address invoices are sent to whenever necessary.


You can always see details of any invoices paid.
