Inform Direct will let you amend any of your billing details.


It is easy to update any of:

  • Account name
  • Organisation to be Invoiced
  • Invoices email address
  • Invoice address
  • Invoice contact


1. Click on the "Account" button at the top of you screen.




2. Then click on the blue Edit account details button.



3. Amend the details and Save the changes.


Inform Direct will use these details for all future invoices.


If you would like to permanently change the email to which the invoice will be sent you should use the "Edit account details" feature detailed above.
