All changes to the PSC register need to be submitted to Companies House. Once you remove a record from the register on Inform Direct, the system will be send the correct filing electronically to Companies House.
How long do I have to file PSC changes?
1. Go to the PSC tab.
2. Click on the pencil opposite the PSC/RLE in question.
3. Select Remove as PSC'.
4. Enter the date that the person or corporate ceased to be a PSC/RLE. Then click 'Continue.'
Note: The Date that the person confirmed the ceasing is not reported to Companies House, this is for the registers in Inform Direct.
5. Before submitting the removal to Companies House there is an opportunity to produce a summary document, this can be used to get approval before making the submission. Selecting Yes will take you through the process to create the approval document.
How do I prepare draft documents to remove a PSC?
Selecting No does not create the summary document and proceeds to step 6 below.

6. Check all the details are correct in the summary screen and then click the red 'Submit to Companies House' button.
Note: All changes made to PSCs will be sent electronically to Companies House.
