How Long Do I Have to File Changes to PSC Details at Companies House? Print

Companies House have instructed that after a PSC details have changed a company has 14 days in which to update their PSC register.

After this, the company will have another 14 days within which they need to update Companies House by filing one of 9 PSC forms.

This makes a total of 28 days in order to inform Companies House of any changes to PSCs

Note: The Inform Direct system will do this for you electronically once you change the details within the system.
