Inform Direct automatically recognises if any changes you make to the details of a company will also need to be advised to Companies House. Where possible, we will do so electronically. 


Where a Companies House form can be filed electronically, Inform Direct will complete this on your behalf and file all and any of the necessary forms and supporting information using the Companies House electronic interchange system.


Companies House & Inform Direct support the electronic filing of the most common changes, as follows:

           


However, some forms cannot be electronically filed. In these circumstances, Inform Direct will generate the relevant forms themselves (and of course, any necessary supporting documentation) in a PDF format. This will be pre-populated with all the required details so it simply needs to be signed and sent to Companies House in the post with any necessary supporting information. The below lists the forms which Inform Direct cannot submit electronically. 


Note: Recently (2021-2022) Companies House have released their 'Upload Service'. This means that some forms which cannot be filed electronically can be submitted online instead, rather than having to post. This pre-dominantly relates to share forms.
