There are certain filings which generally attract a Companies House fee.


Companies House apply fees to the following submissions:

  • Confirmation Statements      
  • Change of Company Name
  • Formations                             
  • Same day service               
  • Register a mortgage

Note: These fees are payable to Companies House. They are separate (and in addition) to any fees paid to Inform Direct for use of the software.


If you have your own Presenter Code, you can settle these fees from your own account with Companies House and Inform Direct will not then recharge you the above amounts when you complete any of the above transactions.

If you do not have a Presenter Code Inform Direct will settle these fees for you. The amount will simply be added to the Inform Direct fee (if any) for completing the transaction.
