When you first register with Inform Direct you will be sent a Welcome Email.

The welcome email will be sent within a few seconds of you registering so if you have not received it:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder; and
  2. Consider whether the email you used to register may have been mistyped - this does happen ;-)


If the Welcome Email is not in your spam folder you are confident you have used the correct email address then you can request a new password. How do I get a new password?


This will allow you to login as if you had received the welcome email.


If it is just possible the email you used to register contained a small typo then register afresh making sure you use the correct email address. How do I get started?
