Inform Direct generates a range of reminders and transaction confirmation emails as various deadlines approach or filings are accepted.

Note: Some reminders will be emails while others will be alerts appearing on your account. See What are the Check Alerts on My Portfolio telling me?
They are all designed to make managing the company secretarial requirements of a company/companies as straightforward as possible.
The various emails are categorised as follows:
- Confirmation Statement reminder emails
- Transaction receipts
- Confirmation of company successfully added or removed (from your portfolio)
- Notice of a completed Companies House filing
- If you have a rejected submission from Companies House, you will receive an alert however our team will contact you directly via email with more information.
If you are an agent that completes VAT returns on behalf of clients, you can also connect to HMRC and authorise Inform Direct to retrieve the VAT dates of any clients linked to your agent services account (ASA). Inform Direct will then be able to send you both reminder emails and company dashboard alerts when a client VAT return due date is approaching.
