Adding a tag to a document will help with searching for it in the future.
Often, tags will be added by Inform Direct automatically. However if you need to add an additional tags or edit the existing then this is easy to do. There are 2 different methods, detailed below.
1. To amend the tags of an individual document, rather than multiple:
1. Identify the documentto which you want to add the tag to and select 'Edit file tags'.
2. You will then be able to choose which tags to attach to the document and assign it to 1 or more companys if needed.
3. Click the green 'Save' button.
2. To amend the tags for multiple documents at once:
1. Select the documents in question using the tick box on the left hand side.
2. Select the relevant options from the 'Company', 'Category','Doc Type' and 'Status' drop downs. This will save in real time.
