At the end of the Dividend Wizard you will be given the option to produce a minute.
You will need to ensure you tick the box alongside the documents that you wish to generate.
The minute assumes that the meeting was held at the Company's Registered Office. All the other details are populated from data entered when creating the dividend voucher. It is an editable word document should you need to make any amendments.
