When a company is added to, or formed using, Inform Direct then the Company's Registers (Stat Books) are automatically created maintained for you going forward.


You can see them at anytime. Simply go to the company Dashboard, and then select 'View Company Registers.'


How are the Registers updated?

  • The Register of Director's Residential Addresses
  • The Register of Secretaries
  • The Register of Shareholders (Members)
  • The Register of Share Classes
  • The Register of Allotments
  • The Register of Transfers
  • The Register of Mortgages and Charges
  • The Register of Company Name Changes
  • The Register of Capital Reorganisations (this summarises all share transactions)
  • The PSC Register
  • The Register of PSCs' Usual Residential Address
  • The Register of Option Holders


What do the Statutory Registers look like?
