The action required to clear an unreconciled share class alert depends on what has caused it to occur.
If you want to know why you have an unreconciled share classes alert please see Why have I got an unreconciled share alert?
Generally it is that a share filing has been made outside of Inform Direct. It will now need to be replicated in the software.
Checking the Companies House filing history should reveal the action which has been completed. You can do this via the Company Dashboard in View company filing history.
Whatever has caused the unreconciled alert, Inform Direct allows you to replicate what has happened and update the statutory books etc. but without any filing being made to Companies House.

Note: Sometimes, you may see a share class showing £0.00 nominal value. For this, please see: Why is there an old share class showing on Inform Direct?
