As an Administrator with a subscription you have a Global Settings function which allows you to determine, among other things, which emails other user types receive or whether they can choose this for themselves.
What different types of user are supported by Inform Direct?
1. From the Users List Screen click on the blue 'Manage email settings' button.
How do I access Global settings?
2. You will then choose whether you would like to manage the settings for Managers or Practitioners.
Note: Administrators set their own email settings. How does an administrator set their email preferences?
If you want to manage the settings for both you will need to go through the process twice.
3. Then choose the types of email the User Type should receive and when or give them the option to choose.
4. Click the green 'Save' button. The Manager/Practitioner users will then be able to adjust their settings accordingly under Your Profile when next logged in.
