Sometimes when you first register with Inform Direct it is not possible to complete the set up process.
A common reason will simply be not having the 6 digit Companies House Authentication Code for the company you started to register with.
How do I get a reminder of the Authentication Code
Two options
- Wait and complete the set up when you do have the Authentication Code for the company you first registered with; or
- Register with another company - for which, of course, you will need to have the relevant Authentication Code.
If having registered you would like to be able to use the original email address e.g. tom@abcaccounting.co.uk Inform Direct will need to remove the details of the initial registration. Send an email to support@informdirect.co.uk and we will gladly do this for you.
