A Presenter Code consists of two parts.
- A Presenter ID
- A Presenter Authentication Code
For security reasons the Presenter Authentication Code element is encrypted the moment it is added to Inform Direct.

This means Inform Direct will not be able to either see or recover the Presenter Authentication Code from the system.
