The Documents & Reports section of Inform Direct shows all documents generated for all companies in one central library. However, Inform Direct has shortcuts to help with locating documents for a specific company quickly.
Accessing the documents for a specific company can be achieved using the search or drop-down options within the company, but there are also two shortcuts to achieve this.
1. View Company Documents from the Portfolio screen
Next to each company on the portfolio screen is a yellow pencil under the Actions column. Selecting this allows you to View Company Documents and will direct you to the Document library showing just documents which relate to that company.
2. View documents from the Dashboard tab
The Dashboard tab of the company includes a View company documents button, which also directs you immediately to the Document library showing just documents which relate to that company.
