A share redenomination also known as a SH14 cannot currently be completed on Inform Direct.


To complete a redenomination of shares you will need to submit a SH14 to Companies House, the resolution will need to go along with this form. You can download the SH14 from here


When the documents have been accepted by Companies House, Inform Direct will need to be updated manually by us. 

An email request will need to be sent to support@informdirect.co.uk.


We will need to know the below Information to carry out the change.

  1. Company Name

  2. Company Number

  3. Current share class name and nominal value

  4. Share class nominal value after change.


Our technical team will update the share class based on the details provided to us.
